Water, water everywhere!

At SERVPRO of Louisville we received approximately 75 calls over this past weekend, and the majority or which were water loss related due to rain and winds. As we head into the heart of fall the weather we advise all our customers to be prepared. Sump pump failure is a disaster at this time of the year and its one of the many reasons SERVPRO responds to a water loss, check your homeowners or renters insurance to see if sump pumps are covered, at SERVPRO we run into many clients who are surprised to find that sump pumps are not covered on their policy.
