One of our marketing representatives will come out to the property to do a walk through.  During the walk through they will take pictures and notes for items such as water shut off valves, electrical boxes, get notes for certain utility vendors, gather information as to how SERVPRO should enter the facility, where we should park, and who we should report to in the time of a disaster.  

Having a plan will help decrease the money spent during the loss, and will help get things back to "Like it never even happened," quickly and efficiently.
